トールさんはBMW 1150GS、カズさんはスズキ1300隼で私のバイクより排気量が大きい。

これはハイペースで走れそうだ。

It made me happy that Toru-san and Kazu-san came over here to finish this run togetherwith me, and we are headed to Sydney!
Toru-san is on a BMW 1150GS, and Kazu-san is on a Suzuki 1300 Hayabusa. They have bigger displacement.
I suppose we could go at higher speed.

海外での最後のツーリングの朝はあいにくの、いや、恵みの雨。
For the last run abroad this morning, we had unfortunate, well no… blessing rain.

感激のお迎えにきてくれたトールさんとカズさんと共にシドニーを目指します！おお、昨日バーで一緒だったスコットも約束通りきたじゃん！

彼はヤマハXT250。

しかし、私達のバイクを見てか、気を遣ってか、やっぱり別で行くよ・・と言って去っていった。(笑)

Wow, Scott that I was with at the bar last night is here as he promised!
He has a Yamaha XT250.
But he said he is going by himself maybe because he realized his motorcycle was a lot smaller, or maybe he did not want to bother us?

・・やっぱり雨。

そして３台は深い霧に包まれる。

...then we got rained on.
And these three motorcycles were wrapped with deep fog.

雨は私のバイク人生において、常に幸運をもたらせてくれた。

レースではウェットコンディションで成績が良かったり、バイク便では他のライダーが避けるため仕事に多く恵まれたり・・。

だから私にとって雨はいつも嫌じゃない。

Rain always brought me good luck to my motorcycle life.
For example, I got great results even on wet conditions at races, and when I was a motorcycle courier, I got more business because other riders took day off for rain....
That is why I do not hate rain.


いくつかの国立、州立公園を抜けた後のグロスターGloucesterという町で休憩！
After passing through several national parks and state parks, we stopped in this town called Gloucester!
